1. RETURN
Our return and refund policy allows for requests within 20 days from delivery date. If your return products arrive are washed, worn, damaged, or without the original bag/box, they will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited. In case of requests for order refund/ return/ reship, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests if it is not justified. Please notice, no refunds will be paid if the mistakes do not belong to us. In other words, we will not take action for any items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Full Name: The name listed on the order. This helps us match your return to your order quickly.
- Order Number: The unique order ID number you received at checkout. This number is crucial for us to locate your purchase in our system.
- Description of the Issue: A detailed explanation of why you’re requesting the return (e.g., item was damaged during shipping, incorrect size, wrong color, etc.). Providing a clear explanation will help us resolve your request faster.
- Photographs of the Item: Clear and close-up images that show the issue with the product. This helps us assess the problem more efficiently, especially if the item is damaged or defective.
For faster processing, make sure all required details are included in your initial request.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for any errors made during the ordering process, such as spelling mistakes in the order details, issues with the original product images on the website, or incorrect items ordered by the customer.
- We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase to avoid any mistakes.
- All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact to be eligible for a return. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
- Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, may not be eligible for return. Please review the product details and our policy before making a purchase.

2. ITEMS RETURNED TO SENDER
- Packages labeled with an incorrect address will not be delivered and will instead be returned to our warehouse. We strongly encourage you to carefully verify your contact information when entering it into our system. If a package has an incorrect or incomplete address, it will automatically be returned to us after reaching the local post office in the destination country. Sometimes, the local post or courier may hold the parcel for up to 30 days, so it’s advisable to contact them promptly for any necessary address corrections. Should you realize an error in the address that causes delivery failure, please inform us via email and provide the correct shipping details. We will ask the logistic and try our best to support you.
- Please Note: We do not take any responsibility in the following situations: Your order was delayed due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested). Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the Our Store’s control (i.e. not being cleared by your country’s customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing “delivered” in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).
3. EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with proof attached that includes the real picture of the item shipped with the QR code and the shipping label at contact support@beyondprintshop.com
We do not offer size exchanges or returns unless it is due to our error in providing the incorrect size items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged merchandise to reach you.
Cases of exchange or return:
Your item is eligible for return if at least one or more cases listed below happens:
+ The image on the printed page is hazy.
+ The image printed on the shirt is not in the middle.
+ Package was sent in error and was not in accordance with the order.
+ Damaged as a result of delivery: torn, dirty…
+ In comparison to the order, the size, color, or style is incorrect.
+ Other mistakes made by us… If the item is confirmed as defective, we will arrange a refund or exchange as soon as possible. *
Note: Returns are accepted only for unused and unwashed items in the same condition as received.
Cancel/Change Order
To cancel or modify your order, please do so within 2 hours of purchase to ensure we can process your request. After this period, we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations due to the timely nature of order processing.
Please note: In special cases, If you request a cancellation after 2 hours, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This is because the shipping label has already been purchased, and we are unable to retrieve this cost from the carrier.

Please double-check the accuracy of your delivery address before completing your purchase. Beyond Print Shop is not responsible for any delays, missed deliveries, or other issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
