Refund Policy

This includes verifying the size, design, and quantity of the items in your cart. Once an order is placed, we cannot process exchanges for any inaccuracies or mistakes in your selection. However, if you notice an error shortly after placing your order, you can cancel it within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct specifications. You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour window, your order may already be processed, packed, or shipped, making it no longer possible to cancel. Please note that if your order is canceled after the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied. We highly recommend reaching out as early as possible to ensure your cancellation request is processed successfully.


We accept returns within 180 days of the delivery date. After this period, all sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Returns and refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the item arrives broken or damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, design, or color).

Ineligible Items for Return or Refund:

  • Worn, Washed, or Altered Items: Items that have been used, washed, or modified in any way cannot be returned.
  • Defective Items Caused by Customer’s Actions: If an item becomes defective due to misuse, mishandling, or any other customer-related issues, it will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Missing Original Tags: Items returned without the original tags will not be eligible for a return or refund.
  • Minor Issues: Items with minor issues (e.g., small thread pulls, minor cosmetic damage) that can be repaired or do not affect the functionality of the product are not eligible for return.
  • Items Not in Their Original Condition: We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, worn, or altered from their original state. The item must be returned in new, unused condition with all packaging intact.

To submit a refund claim, please provide the following documents and information:

  • Shipping Label or Receipt: A copy of the shipping label or receipt from your original purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original order confirmation or invoice.
  • Evidence of Defects: Clear photos of the damaged or defective item, including close-up shots of the issue.

  2. Approval & Return Instructions: If your return or refund request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a return address. Do not send the item back until you have received these instructions.
  3. Shipping Your Return: Once you receive the return instructions, carefully package the item(s) and include a copy of your purchase confirmation email. We recommend using a reliable shipping service that offers tracking to ensure your package reaches us safely.
  4. Tracking: Please send us the tracking number for your return shipment so we can monitor its progress and confirm delivery.
  5. Return Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable shipping service to ensure your item is returned in a timely manner.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been issued. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, including the original shipping cost (if applicable).

If you do not see your refund after 10-15 business days, please reach out to your bank or credit card provider for further assistance, as there may be delays outside of our control.
