Return Eligibility

Items purchased from Beyond Print Shop are eligible for return within 180 days from the date you received your order, as confirmed by our shipment tracking system. The 180-day return window starts from the delivery date, and unfortunately, it cannot be extended.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team through the “Contact Us” page on our website within 180 days of receiving your order. We want to ensure that your return process is as smooth as possible, so kindly provide the following information:

  • Full Name: The name listed on the order. This helps us match your return to your order quickly.
  • Order Number: The unique order ID number you received at checkout. This number is crucial for us to locate your purchase in our system.
  • Description of the Issue: A detailed explanation of why you’re requesting the return (e.g., item was damaged during shipping, incorrect size, wrong color, etc.). Providing a clear explanation will help us resolve your request faster.
  • Photographs of the Item: Clear and close-up images that show the issue with the product. This helps us assess the problem more efficiently, especially if the item is damaged or defective.
  • Return Preference: Indicate whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund. Please note that depending on availability, some items may be out of stock, and in such cases, a refund may be issued.

For faster processing, make sure all required details are included in your initial request.

  • We are not responsible for any errors made during the ordering process, such as spelling mistakes in the order details, issues with the original product images on the website, or incorrect items ordered by the customer.
  • We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase to avoid any mistakes.
  • All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact to be eligible for a return. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
  • Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, may not be eligible for return. Please review the product details and our policy before making a purchase.

  • We are committed to providing excellent customer service, which is why we offer free returns for damaged or defective products. If the product you received is not as expected, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
  • Return Cost: $0.00. Returns for damaged or defective items are completely free of charge. You will not be responsible for shipping costs when returning defective or damaged products.
  • Non-Defective Returns: If you are returning an item that is not damaged or defective, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please reach out to our support team for more information.

To begin the return process, please follow these steps after contacting our support team at support@beyondshirt.com and receiving an approved return address:

  1. Prepare Your Return Package:
    • Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return. The product must be in its original, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included. We cannot process a return if the item is used, damaged, or without its original packaging.
    • Important: Include a printed copy of your purchase confirmation email (which you received after completing your order) inside the return package. This helps us quickly identify your order and process your return efficiently. If you can’t find the confirmation email, please contact us for assistance.
  2. Ship the Package:
    • Once your return package is prepared, take it to your local post office or preferred courier service to ship it to the return address provided by our support team.
    • We recommend using a reliable shipping service that offers tracking and insurance to ensure your item(s) are returned safely. If the item is lost or damaged during return shipping, we may not be able to process your return or refund.
  3. Tracking Information:
    • After shipping, please send us the tracking number provided by the courier or post office. This will allow us to track the return and confirm when we receive the item(s) at our warehouse.
  4. Confirmation:
    • After we receive your returned item(s), we will send you an email confirming receipt of the package.
    • You will then be notified via email whether your refund or replacement request has been approved or denied. We aim to process returns within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
    • Refund Process: If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly according to our refund policy, and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
    • Replacement Process: If you requested a replacement and the item is available, we will ship the replacement item within 5-7 business days of processing the return.

Cancel/Change Order


To cancel or modify your order, please do so within 4 hours of purchase to ensure we can process your request. After this period, we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations due to the timely nature of order processing.

Please note: In special cases, If you request a cancellation after 4 hours, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This is because the shipping label has already been purchased, and we are unable to retrieve this cost from the carrier.
